Eligibility Requirements

Main Applicant

  • Any nationality eligible to apply

  • No mandatory visit required

  • Must pass due diligence process

  • Must meet financial requirements

Eligible Dependents

  • Spouse (including de facto partners; same-gender partners not eligible)

  • Children of the main applicant

  • First-degree relatives by consanguinity (parents, children)

  • First-degree relatives by affinity (spouse’s parents)

Note: Children of the spouse who are not the main applicant’s children cannot be included. Dependents over the age of 18 must pay separate government fees and contribution amounts.

Financial Requirements

Minimum contribution of USD 300,000 to a national development fund

Payment Method

Government fees and contributions can be paid in USD or Bitcoin through the Chivo Wallet platform. All payments are processed through this secure government system.

Third-Party Sponsorship

Applications can be sponsored by a third party with no requirement for a familial relationship. The sponsor must successfully pass the due diligence process.
